Entry Requirements
To be eligible, an applicant must:
(1) Be non-Chinese nationality, hold a foreign passport and meet the relevant requirements of the Regulation No.〔2020〕12 by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
(2) Stay in good health both mentally and physically, and meet the physical examination standards for the study visa or residence permit in China required by the Chinese government.
(3) Abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the University rules and regulations; be diligent and well-performed in academics and good conduct; no violation of the University rules and disciplines, no public security punishment, no criminal record.
(4) Applicants for MBA are not required to provide Chinese proficiency certificate, but are required to provide scanned copies of GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS or other relevant proficiency certificates, and are required to have work experience.
TOEFL 70 or IELTS 5.5 above is required for applicants applying for English-taught program from non-English-speaking countries, or pass the entrance exam and interview organized by the IIE.
(5) Under the age of 35 for the postgraduate programs.
(6) Abide by requirements of other relevant laws and regulations.

About Gangdong University of Foreign Studies
Gangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS, also known as Guangwai), founded in 1965, is one of the prestigious universities in south China which specializes in international studies and educates professionals for international business and management. It now has over 23,000 full-time students, among whom 3,000 are MA or PhD students. And the number of foreign students is over 2,000.
The MBA Education Center, was founded in July 2007. With its commitment to "Global Vision, English Instruction; Field Immersion, Local Solution"，The MBA Education Center of Guangwai is dedicated to developing global managers with knowledge and insight of both east and west.
Brief Introduction
MBA program curriculum has distinctive international features forming an advanced training program which consists of four modules, namely common course, general education, core course and elective course. And there are four orientations in elective course module, including transitional operation and enterprise internationalization, organizational behavior and enterprise innovation, marketing and financial management. Moreover, other distinctive courses, such as minority languages, health management, forum and business practice, are provided for MBA students.
Teaching Objective
It is a two-year program for people who have at least two-year work experience by the date of entry. The program( autumn semester ) is a full-time program and adopts the credit system.
The program is designed for those who want to hone their International business communication ability as well as learn international management knowledge and skills, after two years of immersive study; you will be quite qualified for senior management positions, can directly participate in international cooperation and competition.

From September 23th to 24th, 2013, our Dean Sin Xiaoqin attended the AMBA Certification Forum held by Spanish IE Business School in Madrid at the invitation of Association of MBAs.
During the Forum, Dean Sun Xiaoqin had a cordial talk with the Director of Master Program of Management, Professor Martin Boehm and the Director of International Relationship, Maria-Eugenia Marin from Spanish IE Business School. They discussed the possible cooperation mode in the future, and reached a preliminary consensus.

*2. Non-Criminal Record Certificate
The applicant must submit a Non-Criminal Record Certificate issued by the local public security authorities usually within a 6-months’ validity before the date of submission of the application. The Non-Criminal Records Certificate should be with Chinese language translation and official notarization stamp from Chinese Embassy, or with the APOSTILLE verification. The certificate must be submitted to the University in original, scanned version or photocopy is invalid. Before sending the original, please be sure to send an electronic version to confirm with the University whether the content meets the requirement, and confirm the mailing address as well.

A copy of the certificate to prove your English language ability(like GMAT or GRE) is required.
*4. Medical examination report valid within 6 months.
