Entry Requirements
To be eligible, an applicant must:
(1) Be non-Chinese nationality, hold a foreign passport and meet the relevant requirements of the Regulation No.〔2020〕12 by Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
(2) Stay in good health both mentally and physically, and meet the physical examination standards for the study visa or residence permit in China required by the Chinese government.
(3) Abide by Chinese laws and regulations and the University rules and regulations; be diligent and well-performed in academics and good conduct; no violation of the University rules and disciplines, no public security punishment, no criminal record.
(4) Photocopy of new HSK level 5 certificate with score of 180 points or above level for those who applying for Chinese-taught programs.
(5) Under the age of 30 for the undergraduate programs.
(6) Abide by requirements of other relevant laws and regulations.
(7) Test results of the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA). Required Subjects download here.

If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.*1. Non-Criminal Record Certificate
-Please note that this document is valid for only 3 months. For instance, if you submit your -application in April, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than January.
-Obtain a police clearance certificate from the local police station where you currently reside, confirming no criminal record in the past 6 months at the time of application.
-You need to translated it into CHINESE if it is not in Chinese; Then you need to get it notarized by local notary office and then get it certified by local Chinese embassy; If your country has joined the HAGUE convention then just do the Chinese translation and Apostille; Then you may need to mail original copy of non-criminal record and translation & certified(or Apostille) documents to the university in China.
-If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.*2. Letter of recommendation
Should be written in Chinese or English, provided by professors or associate professors. /teachers from your senior high school.

*9. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

Once the updates are ready, you can check the attachment and information here for this university for the latest information. If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.
-Applicants applying for English-taught undergraduate programs do not need to take the professional Chinese test; applicants applying for a bachelor's degree in Chinese language can be exempted from the professional Chinese test if they can provide a valid HSK Level 4 score report. In the basic subjects, regardless of the applied major, mathematics is a compulsory subject; in addition, applicants for science, engineering, agriculture, and medicine-related majors are generally required to choose at least one of the above two subjects -- physics or chemistry. The test for mathematics, physics and chemistry are provided in both Chinese and English, and applicants can choose the language of the test according to the teaching language requirements.Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
